How the score works: for the selected month each teammate is percentile-ranked within Atlanta on
Resi AJS (higher = better) and FP cancellation rate (lower = better);
the two percentiles are blended by the weighting slider into a 0–100 score. Δ compares the selected month to the prior month.
Sparklines show each teammate's own Jan→latest trend. Cancellation rate = cancels ÷ residential jobs, straight from the data sheet. Customer Experience Leaders (CELs) are excluded.
